Dr. Nikolaj Wolfson provides orthopedic expert witness services to attorneys representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Based in San Francisco, he accepts engagements throughout California and nationwide. Dr. Wolfson offers case reviews, written expert opinions, independent medical examinations (IMEs), deposition testimony, and trial testimony, and can conduct evaluations in English, Russian, Arabic, or Hebrew.
With more than 25 years in reconstructive orthopedic surgery, an active surgical practice, and academic experience as a former full-time faculty member and Assistant Professor at the University of Southern California, Dr. Wolfson brings both hands-on operative expertise and clear, well-documented analysis to complex orthopedic litigation.
